Mindfulness Tangling May 18th
This class focuses on the mindfulness aspect of Zentangle. We will create beautiful art with the entire focus on mindful meditation; concentrating on being in the present, this class will largely be directed mark making with less focus on demonstration.
Zentangle 101 is encouraged but not required.
You will need a black pen and a square of paper.
Leave your stress aside and come enjoy the beauty of a line mediation.
Class is approximately 30-45 minutes
