Online Watercolor & Ink Lettering Class
Inspired by the beauty of Celtic manuscripts and decorative lettering, this class explores the art of illuminated letters using soft color, flowing ornament, and elegant linework.
Together we will create a decorative letter surrounded by Celtic-inspired scrollwork using watercolor pencil, watercolor, and pen and ink.
I’ll guide you step by step as we build the letterform, add the ornamental elements, and bring the piece to life with gentle color and fine ink details. The process is very approachable and designed to be beginner friendly, so even if you are new to watercolor or lettering, you’ll be able to follow along comfortably.
This is a live online class, and the recording will be available afterward so you can revisit the lesson anytime.
You only need a few simple supplies to participate, and many people already have them at home.
