Coastal Gray

Coastal gray seems like a color that would lack excitement, and yet... I think I'm MOST excited about this color.
The rocky coastline of Ogunquit Maine is one of my very favorite places, and this smokey, soft gray is infused with dusty blue and hint of ocean green to give it dimension and depth.
My solution to a Paynes Gray, this is a go to color and one that I will probably have from time to time, but I plan to ALWAYS keep in my own palette.

A half pan of artist-grade, lightfast watercolor.
