Zentangle 101
February 7 | 2–4 PM
In person at the studioEarly in the year is when a lot of people start thinking about doing something creative again, or maybe for the first time.
Zentangle is a structured drawing method made up of simple patterns. It’s calm, approachable, and easier than it looks. You don’t need drawing experience or any kind of artistic background. If you can draw a line, you can do this.
This two hour beginner class will cover the fundamentals of the Zentangle Method, including pattern building and shading. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, explain things as we go, and keep the pace comfortable so no one feels rushed.
I’m Kelly Barone, a Certified Zentangle Teacher for over a decade. My youngest student has been 3, my oldest 96, and last month saw me teaching my 5000th person! People leave with finished work and a better understanding of what they’re capable of.
All supplies are included, so you don’t need to bring anything with you.
This class is a nice fit if you’re looking for something creative that feels steady and manageable, and that you can continue exploring on your own afterward.
It's a lovely way to start an artistic practice and I would love to have you join me at this class. (Special price for this first class of the year)
