
What is Zentangle®?


The practice of Zentangle is relaxing, it's fun, it's something that truly everyone can do. It increases focus and creativity, and provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well-being. If you can write your name, I can help you to create beautiful works of art while learning techniques that can enhance your life and wellness.
I knew as soon as I encountered the Zentangle method that I needed to learn more, that I wanted to share this with others and so I became a Certifed Zentangle Teacher (CZT) by studying with the creators.
Zentangle is currently being used in many different arenas for relieving stress, pain management, addiction treatment, motivational training,team building as well as stroke recovery and as a coping tool for ADHD.
A goal of Zentangle is to free your thoughts in such as way that it ultimately strengthens and empowers your creativity. When you tangle, the creative part of your mind can relax and your creativity can grow in ways you never before thought possible
